I am now half way through building my first project in Ghana. I would like to thank all the staff for making this venture possible. The way they enabled me to do the project at a step by step basis as the funds allowed is what made it possible for me to undertake this build. The costs of an outright buy or mortgage, was prohibitive. My family in Ghana are unable to undertake this build as they are retired now. I first started sending money back home to family members to start building a house, it only caused problems. This was very stressful. I thought this would be a cheaper option, but in reality it didnt work out that way. My family are not well suited to managing all the skilled labourers, involved in this kind of undertaking. I now realised it is much better to employ the professionals to oversee the build. Having given up on my first attempt, I am now progressing very well with my second project, which is almost complete. My advise would be unless your family is in the building trade use a company to undertake the building project. It feels good to know that we can trust a company based in the UK to deliver on their promises in Ghana. Manchester, UK
